We are in front of an extraordinary ring. Created in Switzerland, this beautiful object impresses with its modern shape and the precision work done to set the Diamonds which is called "pavé". Pavé translates as a paving-stone setting. In this technique many small stones are set very close together in order to cover an entire piece, concealing the metal. The stones are held in place by small burrs of metal pushed over the girdle of the stone and are often laid out in concentric circles. An item covered in stones using the pavé technique is said to have a pavé setting or to be pavé set. The ring is an intertwined band, half in white gold and half in yellow gold. The white gold part is pavé set with 47 brilliant cut white Diamonds for a total of 1.41ct. The ring is in excellent condition with normal signs of wear.
